ALETTA PITTS

Aletta Schear Lightfoot, age 65, of Clovis, California, was born on April 28 th , 1961, in Roswell, New Mexico. She lived life to the fullest before she passed away peacefully on July 21 st , 2026.

She is survived by her husband Keith Lightfoot; her children, Delores Schear Lawson and Spencer Pitts; her 4 grandchildren, Stacey Mejia, Anthony Brock, Spencer Pitts Jr. and Frejya Pitts; her great granddaughter Alesana; and her five siblings, Bruce Schear, Clay Schear, Blayne Schear, Nobel Schear and Holly Bunch.

Aletta loved to do many things, especially trips to the mountains, where she enjoyed the sights and sounds of nature and quad riding with her husband. She loved going to the beach, collecting seashells as she watched the waves of the ocean crash, her feet buried in the sand. At home, she very much enjoyed gardening, tending to and harvesting a variety of plants and trees. Above all, she cherished every moment spent with her husband and their many dogs.

Aletta cannot be defined by just a word, label, or definition, because she was many things to many people. She was always evolving to meet demands of life and could transform into whatever the situation called for. She is loved by many and was taken too soon, but not before leaving behind a lifetime of memories. Gone but never forgotten.
