Blake Joseph Armas, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, left us far too soon on April 1, 2025, at the age of 24. Born on  November 1, 2000, in Clovis, CA, Blake grew up in Clovis, CA, where he built a life rich in love, service, and achievement. He was  known for his great sense of humor, smile, and contagious laugh.

Blake's journey was defined by his unwavering dedication and compassion. As a former defensive linebacker for Buchanan High School's varsity team, he learned the values of teamwork and  perseverance early on. His commitment to serving others led him to the U.S. Army, where he distinguished himself as an EMT-B, earning accolades such as the Army Combat Fitness Test Award and the Excellence in Armor Award for his tactical proficiency in the 5th Squadron 73rd Calvary Regiment 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Education was another cornerstone of Blake's life. He pursued degrees in Life Sciences and Nursing at Clovis Community College and Fayetteville Technical Community College, always driven by a desire to help and heal others.

His faith was an integral part of his life, and he was actively involved in The Church of Jesus Christ of  Latter-Day Saints, where he found strength and community.

Blake is survived by his mother, Julia Armas; his father, Matthew Armas; his stepmother, Cathleen Armas; his stepfather, Keith Earl; his brother, Zachary Armas; his sisters, Christine and Sarah; his future brother-in-law, Alby Sabogal; his future sister-in-law Sierra Jones; his step-siblings, Bree and Scout Jester; Sommer, Samantha, Keith Jr., Jor-Dann, and Kyrie Earl;  his niece, Karsyn Armas; and his beloved dogs, Shadow and Ghost.
