Carl "Jim" Hardesty Sr. Age 81, a native of McAllan Texas, moved to California in his early 20s where he Became a Quick Silver Miner, then moved to the Central Valley where he was a meat cutter and store manager. He then owned his own business, serving the community over 40 years. He loved golfing, gambling and trips to the coast.
