Cory Ward Brock

Cory was born in Fresno, Ca., to Harold and Norma Jean Brock. Raised in their family home with his older sister Cheri, he attended Holland Elementary and Tioga Junior High. He graduated from Hoover High School, Class of '75, where he made lifelong friends and also played basketball.

Cory was married to his high school sweetheart, Andrea, for 14 years, having their three children Austin, Landon, and Jena. Cory made a career as a commercial plumber with Local Union 246. After retiring he took up golf and sideline coaching his grandchildren in all their various sports. He was a die-hard Yankees fan, spent many summers taking his kids camping at Pine Crest, and served on the board for Hubbard Baro Memorial.

Preceding Cory in death is his son Landon, parents Hal and Jean, sisters Cheri and Jill, and nephews Casey and Dustin.

Remaining to cherish Cory's memory are two of his children and his five grandchildren: His eldest son Austin and wife Caitlin and their two children, Giana and Niko. His daughter Jena and husband Andrew and their two children Chance and Hope. His grandson Ethan, son of Landon.

Memorial Service will be held on Monday August 25, 2025 at 10:30am at New Hope Community Church.
