Donald Gossenberger was born June 21 1935 in Wichita Kansas and went to be with Jesus on December 25, 2025 in Fresno California. He lived fully devoted to Jesus, his wife, family and friends. We have lost an amazing man and heaven has gained a new addition to one of its quartets.

He is preceded in death by his parents Walter and Vada Gossenberger. He is survived by his two sisters Dorothy Sickafoose and Della Ruth Harding, his loving and faithful wife Carol (Rasmussen) Gossenberger, two children Scott Gossenberger (Jackie Ribera/wife) and Kari Sabo and four grandchildren Jason Gossenberger (Maribeth/wife), Jessica Vartenesian (Brandon/husband), Jeremy Sabo (Marissa/Wife), Caran Sabo, 5 step grandchildren Jackson Ribera, Delane McGuire (Luke/husband), Owen Ribera, Ella Scribner (Noah/husband) and Eden Ribera and many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Don served the church as a deacon and faithful ministry leader. He served the community with his wife as a successful real estate broker helping many families find the joy and security of home ownership. And he served his family well, always showing up and providing wisdom and encouragement.

Don made an impression on everyone he encountered through his genuine interest in them and his disarming questions about Christianity. He will be missed by everyone he touched.

Memorial Service to be held at Presbyterian Church of the Master 26052 Marguerite Pkwy Mission Viejo Saturday February 7 at 11am.
