Born in Santa Monica, CA to Clarence Kirby (Klaas Corbe) and Mae Carroll Kirby and raised in Redondo Beach, CA with his older sister Laura Farmer (where he almost caught the house on fire at 2 yrs old).
Frank moved to Porterville, CA in 1965 and then to Tulare, CA in 2004. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Pam and leaves behind children Brian, Jeff, Barry, Greg, Nik along with 7 grand children and 6 great-grand children.
Frank graduated High School in 1962 and began working as a mail carrier in Redondo Beach and then Porterville. Afterwards he worked in telecommunications in Porterville for 30 years, as an installer, Construction Supervisor and Operations Manager. He enjoyed his passion for photography for 27 years and woodworking. Frank and Pam both shared their love of animals raising dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, birds, a pony and a calf over the years.
Frank was baptized in 1956 and has been a Faithful member of the Kingdom Halls of Jehovah's Witnesses for 67 years in Redondo Beach, Porterville Golden Valley and Tulare Sunset Congregations.
