On Thursday August 24, 2023, Gayle Suzanne Winnett (G-Mom) loving wife and mother of three children, fell asleep in death at the age of 70 in Palo Alto, CA at the Stanford Healthcare Center due to medical complications.

Gayle is survived by her beloved husband Ken Winnett of 39 years and her 3 children, Stephen, Heather (son-in-law Brandon) and Jenny (son-in-law Danny) along with seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, as well as her brothers Rodney Fairey, Keith Fairey, and sister Sandra Overcash and many nieces and nephews.

Gayle was the third of five children born to Carroll and June Fairey on October 14,1952, in Yuba City, CA. She is proceeded in death by her parents and brother Jesse Fairey.

On July 27, 1969, Gayle was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses symbolizing her dedication of her life to Jehovah God. She was faithful to her God and fearlessly showed it down to her final breath. Gayle was a devoted Jehovah's Witness and spent much of her time volunteering and sharing her faith with others. She had the privilege of helping others come to love Jehovah as she did. In 1974 she devoted more time to her ministry along with some friends and family, when she moved to Kansas where there was a great need for Bible teachers. Her love for Jehovah and her faith were evident in everything she did.

Gayle married her beloved husband Ken, on March 31, 1984, in Reno NV. During their life, they lived in several areas of California before they settled in Visalia, November of 1995. While their children were growing up, Gayle played the role of a loving mother, wife and homemaker. After the children were older, she worked for Walmart for a short time before becoming a full-time Mom, G-Mom and homemaker yet again.
Later in life, she took up the hobby of sewing and making tie blankets. She loved to make blankets for all her family and friends and especially for those who were welcoming a new addition to their family.

Gayle was a ray of sunshine, and her positive attitude and laughter were infectious. She was an inspiration to many, and her legacy will continue to live through the memories of those whose lives she touched. Her kindness, compassion, and love for others will continue to inspire everyone who knew her.

Memorial service will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 at 2pm.
