Gloria Salinas was born in San Antonio Texas on July 20, 1954 to Miguel Parra and Maria Segovia.

She had 11 siblings: Miguel Luis Parra, Maria Ignacia Parra, Virginia Hernandez, Alicia Mendez, Teresa Parra, Ernesto Parra, Jessie Parra, Rodolpho Parra, Janie Parra, and Robert Parra1and II.

She married my Pablo Salinas on August 26. 1973, had two sons and a daughter:  Pablo Ernest Salinas, Carlos Rene Salinas, and Naomi Gonzalez.  She left behind 13 very loved grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. on August 12 mom was called to be with the Lord, she was surrounded by close family and friends.
