Grover Carl Oliver Jr. known to most as Bud joined his wife JoAnn in heaven on October 21, 2023.

He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 23, 1944. Bud had just turned 79 in August. Bud enlisted in the United States Navy in 1962 and was on aircraft carriers, submarines, traveled to Pearl Harbor, Philippines, and was a Vietnam veteran. Bud discharged honorably in 1968 as a Machinist Mate 3rd class.

Bud and JoAnn married in 1970, were married for 43 years until JoAnn passed in 2013, they had 8 children, many grandchildren and even more great-grandchildren.

Bud started his own mobile home repair business in 1977 in Texas, then moved to Fresno in February 1984 to work for Venture Out RV. In 1986 Bud started working for Dan Gamel RV and continued there until retirement in 2013. Even in retirement Bud continued his life's work on a part time basis and remarried to Treva Bibb until his passing.

A memorial service is being held November 21, 2023 at 1030 AM at the Church of God in Selma, CA.
