JANET "JAN" LEE HAAR, 70, of Fresno, CA passed away Monday July 10, 2023.

Jan was born in Fresno, CA on July 14, 1952 to Charles Raymond "Ray" Miller and Rosemary (Harpain) Miller.

She received her Bachelors and Master's Degrees from California State University, Fresno. She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Her career as a Social Worker included working at the YWCA, Valley Teen Ranch, Chowchilla State Prison and Marjaree Mason Center. She cared deeply about helping others.

Jan is survived by her sister and brother in law Carol and Jeffrey Burgstahler and many cousins. Jan was preceded in death by parents, Ray and Rosemary Miller.

A graveside service will be held at the Fowler Cemetery, 8523 S Fowler Ave, Fowler, CA  93625 on Friday, September 22 at 10:00 AM.
