John D. Dennis, devoted husband and father, passed away on September 2, 2024 at the age of 95 surrounded by his loving family.

John was born on November 21, 1928 in Eastland, Texas to Lorene and EB Dennis.  His family moved to Dos Palos his junior year of high school where he then met and fell in love with his soulmate Patty.  They were married for 74 years and traveled the world together. They lived an extraordinary life filled with love and laughter.

Life was fully lived by John.  He loved his family, friends, farming, golf, barbequing, traveling and serving his community.  He was involved with church, service clubs, sat on various boards (School, Shasta Cotton, Bank of America) and Masonic Lodge serving worshipful Master twice. Lives are surely richer for those who have spent time with John.

His beautiful life will be cherished by his loving and devoted wife Patty, his daughters Allison, Karen and Gwynne; sons-in-law Phil, Bill and Jim; brother-in-law Bill and sister-in-law Sharon, 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, cousins and friends.
