It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joy, who left us peacefully on March on 28, 2025 at the age of 91. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Born on April 23, 1933, in Drumright, OK.  Joy was the child of Clyde and Margaret Wells. Joy had one brother, Virgil Wells.

She grew up with a love for Family, which shaped much of her life's path.

In 1949, Joy married Tommy L.  Carroll, and together they built a family filled with love and laughter. She was a devoted Wife and Mother and took immense pride in their children/grandchildren/great-grandchildren and Husband. Joy was known for kindness, generosity, and unwavering support of family.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Together she and Tom had three children Linda (deceased), Thomas (Penny), Bradley.  They were also blessed with 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren

A graveside service will be held on April 11 at Clovis Cemetery at 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Joy's name to a favorite charity are appreciated.

In these moments of loss, we find comfort in the memories we shared with Joy. Her spirit will always remain a part of us.
