Leticia Martinez
Rocha
Jan 27, 1965 — Jan 27, 2026
Fresno
Leticia Rocha, 61, passed away peacefully in her home on January 27, 2026.
Letty was born on January 27, 1965, Tijuana Mexico. Letty is the oldest of six children who later moved to Fresno, California where the family settled and were raised. Letty is known by several names such as Tish, Tisha, Let, and Letita.
She graduated from Fresno High School and later from Southwestern College located in Chula Vista, California with an Associate's Degree. Letty moved back to Fresno after graduating to help her family and secured a position at Circuit City as an Operational Manager. She also worked for On Track Therapy and Saint Agnes in their physical therapy department. Letty secured employment with Fresno County and remained there for 12 years. Letty was a hardworking, dedicated, and diligent employee who assisted many families in the Central Valley.
Letty being the oldest of six children was tasked with the honor of babysitting her siblings German, Manuel, Sergio, Norma, and Javier. She provided the leadership needed with a large family. Her siblings describe her as the "backbone" of the family. There was not an ounce of passiveness in Letty as she was a born leader with the assertive skills anyone would dream of. She helped everyone and anyone who needed it. Some people describe Letty as a kind, caring, and resourceful person. She was the "best" of us in any regard.
Letty met her husband David Rocha in 1996 at a dance. Letty and David danced until the music stopped that night and met again a few months later as both of their schedules were busy. They met for an innocent cup of coffee and that is all it took to establish a life together. That life would later include their three children.
Letty is survived by her husband David Rocha and her son Raymond Cazares her daughters Andrea Rocha and Ashley Rocha, her granddaughter Rose Cazares, her parents Juan Manuel Martinez and Manuela Lamadrid.
Letty was a loving wife who loved to travel. Those adventures with her husband would often take them to Mexico, Disneyland, and any other beach areas. She was dedicated to her family and clearly the leader of the Rocha family. She was also a loving mother who raised three children to be respectful, responsible, and to care for others.
Letty was a beautiful person that will be greatly missed by her family and friends. God bless you and rest in peace.
