Lilace Ann Turmon was born in San Francisco on July 30,1930 and died on Friday. November 24,2023 at the age of 93 years old.

Lilace grew up in Selma, California .She graduated from Selma High School. She graduated from UC Berkeley. She married the love of her life Bob Turmon. They lived in Germany where Bob was an Air Force pilot. They bought a farm in Caruthers and she worked on the farm while raising 3 boys.

Her oldest son, Keith Turmon is deceased. She is survived by her 2 younger sons: Kent and Mark. She is survived by 4 grandchildren: Heather, Tom, Chaz, and  Tannar. She is also survived by her 4 great granddaughters: Sadie,  Addison, Aubrey, and Taylor.

A memorial will be held on Thursday, December 21st, 2023. Graveside service will begin at 1:00 pm at the Selma Cemetery. There will be a church service at 2:30 pm at Easton Presbyterian Church. The church is located at 5895S. Elm Ave. There will be a luncheon following the service.
In lieu of flowers, Lilace would like donations be made to Easton Presbyterian Churh.
