Linda Gayle Deck (Malanca) was born in Fresno, California on November 3rd, 1941. Linda went to Freemont Elementary and Fresno High School (Class of 1958). She was involved in swimming, softball, volleyball, flag football and the art club in high school. Linda earned her Real Estate License in 1978 and began her successful real estate career (5 Star Real Estate Agent - 9 years in a row) until she retired in 2024. She was also the co-owner of a store in downtown Clovis called Details for many years. Linda was a PTC president at Tarpey Elementary, a member of the CHS Foundation, FSU Bulldog Foundation, La Comida Guild and many other volunteer organizations. She believed in giving back to others, and was always making the most of her time, talents and treasure for others.

Linda was a devoted mother to four wonderful sons Curtis, Danny, Todd, and Scott, and the cherished daughter of Alfred and Eleanor Malanca. She had a gift for making everyone around her feel loved and valued. With a kind heart and thoughtful spirit, Linda always put others first—whether cheering loudly from the bleachers at her boys' baseball and football games, volunteering at school events and community events, or simply being there when someone needed her. She did it all with grace and genuine care. Linda's warmth extended throughout her community, where she built lasting friendships during her successful years in real estate. Friends became family for Linda.

But her greatest joy came from her five grandchildren—Presley, Cayden, Emmi, Landry and Logan. Her grandbabies were truly the light of her life. She adored them deeply and treasured every moment watching them grow, always their biggest cheerleader and most loving supporter.

Linda's legacy is one of kindness, generosity, and unconditional love. She will be remembered for the countless lives she touched and the love she so freely gave.

Linda was preceded in death by her son Curtis, her father Alfred Malanca and mother, Eleanor Malanca (Busick). She is survived by her sons Danny, Todd and his wife Marci and their 3 children (Cayden, Emmi and Landry), and Scott and his wife Carrie and their 2 children (Presley and Logan).

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at Belmont Country Club on Sunday, October 11th at 12:30pm. We love you Nana!
