Obituary

Lillian Margaret (Farrar) Ham, born on October 11, 1932 went home to the Lord on November
18, 2024 in Clovis, California. Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee to Walter and Lillian
Farrar, she was known as "Margaret" to her many friends and "Sister" to her dear family. She
was the quintessential southern lady who enjoyed many hobbies including cooking, sewing,
quilting, gardening, traveling and painting.

In 1951 her brother Walt brought his Air Force buddy Howard Ham home for the Thanksgiving
holiday. By the end of the weekend Howard and Margaret were engaged. They were married
for 45 years, mostly living in the Santa Barbara area. Upon becoming a widow in 1998,
Margaret relocated to Fresno, California.

Margaret is survived by her four children, Howard Ham III (Kim); Larry Ham (Lorie); Judy Smith
(Darryl) and Robert Ham as well as eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She is also
survived by brothers Don Farrar of Lewisburg, Tennessee and David Farrar of Hendersonville,
Tennessee.

Margaret loved the Lord Jesus with all of her heart. She thoroughly enjoyed her years at
Riverpark Bible Church in Fresno and treasured the many friends she had there.

"Yes, we are fully confident, and we would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for then
we will be at home with the Lord." 2 Corinthians 5:8
