Michael Charles Oberg of Fresno went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, February 22, 2025. He was 64 years old. He was born on January 1, 1961, in Fresno, California to Merrill and Harriet Oberg. Mike was retired.

He is preceded in death by his father, Merrill; mother, Harriet; niece, Lori Wasemiller; and great-nieces, Ruth Lynn Wasemiller and Emma Katherine Wasemiller.

Mike is survived by his sisters, Kathy Higginbotham and her husband Ken, and Sandy Wilcox and her husband Keith, six nieces and nephews, sixteen great nieces and nephews, and life partner, Ann Nelson.

Cremation under the direction of Farewell Funeral Service, 660 W. Locust, Suite 101, Fresno, Ca. 93650.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Cornelia Avenue Southern Baptist Church on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. The church address is 5015 W. Clinton Ave., Fresno California, 93722.
