Patricia "Patty" Ann Bocchini was born  to Ned, Dorothy and big sis Gail Bocchini in Fresno, CA on June 14, 1957.  Patty grew up in Fresno, attending Wishon Elementary, Sierra Jr High and McLane High School, graduating in 1975.  Patty then went on to attend Galen Medical College and earned her medical assistant certification.  Patty worked in many medical offices throughout the years in Fresno and Southern California and absolutely loved her profession.  She was so proud of her nephew Corby and attended many of his musical performances.

In approximately 2007, Patty relocated to Georgia.  There she continued to work in the medical profession.  Patty learned she was in kidney failure and later began dialysis.  In 2013, Patty received her "gift of life", a kidney transplant.  She was always grateful for every day she had and loved life.

Patty returned to Fresno in 2014 and lived in Shaver Lake, Oakhurst and Coarsegold, until finally settling in an apartment she loved in Fresno.  Patty was an intelligent and fierce advocate for herself in her journey before and after receiving her new kidney, and for those she loved.  Patty met her fiance, Fred, in 2022 and went on many adventures on the back of his Harley, her absolute favorite thing in the world to do.  After developing lung cancer in 2022, she maintained her positive attitude, and completed two rounds of radiation.  In January, Patty developed a cough that wouldn't go away and worsened.  She entered the hospital May 28, 2024 and went home to Fred's on her last day of life and passed away on June 11, 2024.  Patty leaves behind her sister Gail, fiancé Fred, cousins including Connie and Cyndi, and many friends who loved her.
