Patricia Eleanor Garvin of Clovis, California, entered into the presence of the Lord on November 22, 2024. She is survived by her devoted husband, Danny Garvin and her three children Lisa Hill (wife to Jeff), Shannon LaRose (wife to Jeffrey), and Matthew Garvin (husband to Alyssa). Patricia is lovingly known as "Momma G" to her grandchildren: Bennett, Rhett, Beau, Lily, Isla, and Finley.

Born in San Jose, California to Peter and Cora Rondero, on January 20, 1953, she was the second of four children. She is survived by her sister, Virginia Hernandez and her husband, John Hernandez, and her brother David Rondero. Her brother, Peter "PJ" Rondero and parents preceded her in passing. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins and their children.

Also known as Mrs. Garvin, Patricia worked in the Clovis Unified School District for 24 years. She worked as a health aide, library technician, fourth grade teacher, and eventually as an intervention specialist in her retirement. While holding those positions, she coached softball and was involved in overseeing many different clubs. Her good humor and cheer would light up any campus she was a part of. Mrs. Garvin's positivity and enthusiasm for her students and colleagues will be deeply missed.

Patricia served as a volunteer at the Pregnancy Care Center as a patient advocate. She held genuine care for women and children in need during their most vulnerable time. It was important to her to share the message of the Gospel and to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ.

Patricia was also a part of the women's leadership team at Clovis Christian Church and participated in various functions at the church. Her church family was held dear in her heart.

Patricia's life was filled with the joy of the Lord and her heart for serving others was evident. Her smile and laughter could turn your day around and her loving hugs will be felt forever.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025 at The Well Community Church-Fig Garden Campus. Services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Please join us in celebrating the wonderful life of Patricia Eleanor Garvin.

A private burial will be held with family at a later date.
