Robert Paul Ceja was born December 24th, 1948, and passed on August 13, 2024. He had a long and happy life and will be missed by all who knew him.

Robert is pre-deceased by his father Paul Ceja, his mother, Aurora Ceja and his only sibling, sister Elizabeth Ceja.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Debra Aluisi-Ceja and their daughter Lisa Ceja. Robert was fortunate to marry into a large Italian family and was welcomed and loved by all of his loving in-laws including Julius and Christina Aluisi.

Robert graduated from the Central High school in 1967. He then attended Fresno State College. He then enlisted in the United States Army. After 2 years of active duty, he served in the Army National Guard and then the Air National Guard. At the Air National Guard, he was a mechanic for all the jet aircraft. His name was printed on one of the jets.

Robert was employed by the IRS for 30 years, retiring in 2010.

Robert had many interests during his long and happy life. It included racing go-carts and photography. He generously used his talent for photography at many friend's weddings and other occasions.

The last years of his life were spent caring for his 2 border collies, Larry and Bernardo. He loved his dogs like they were his children and spent many happy hours with them.

There will be a Graveside service at Clovis Cemetery Saturday August 24th, 2024, at 9 AM. Please join the family at the service and at the reception that follows.
