Robert Norman was born on October 1, 1933, in Claremore, Oklahoma. He went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at the age of 89.  He has been a resident of Clovis, CA, for 56 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Norman, his mother Jessie Norman, his daughter, Marie Elaine, his sisters, Marie Norman and Ruby Gammon, and his brother Leonard Norman.

Robert is survived by his wife of 65 years, Cynthia Norman; his daughter and son-in-law, Robbie and Rob Culver, his daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Keith Walker; 5 grandchildren, Christina Rodriguez and husband Gil, Jennifer Dixon and husband Bobby, Aaron Walker and wife Joanne, Brianna Alvarez and husband Kris, Alec Culver and wife Cedel; Six Great grandchildren, Caleb Dixon, Nevaeh Dixon, Camille Dixon, Sicily Alvarez, Easton Walker, and Siena Alvarez.

Robert came to Stockton, CA, with his parents from Oklahoma, at the age of 2. He resided there with his parents until he went into full time ministry with his wife, Cynthia, in 1960.

Robert received his first credential with Pentecostal Church of God, at the age of 18 from PBC (Pentecostal Bible Institute) and was ordained with PCG for 63 years.

Robert was the Pastor of three churches before coming to Clovis PCG in 1967.

Brother Norman (as most referred to him), was faithful to Jesus, his Lord and Savior, his wife, Cynthia, and family, and to his church and ministry.

He is loved and honored by thousands, who have been impacted by his ministry.
