Russell William Pate, age 66, of Clovis California, passed away on June 28, 2026. He was born on June 15, 1960, in San Diego, California, to William and Elizabeth Pate, and grew-up in Temple City, California.

Russ will be remembered for his commitment to Christ, his love and devotion to his wife and children, and service to his friends and community.

Russ is survived by his wife Melinda Hannah Pate, daughter Kimberly Shane and husband Nick Chavez, son Wyatt William Pate, sister Annette and husband Deron Higgins, and mother in-law Linda Hannah, brother in-law David Hannah and Sister in-law Julie and husband Brent Nabors. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, both biological and chosen. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Elizabeth Pate, brother Gary Edward Pate, and his father in-law Jack Hannah.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 22, 2026, at The Well Community Church, Fig Garden Campus- 4545 N Palm Ave. Fresno, Ca 93704.

His family is grateful and humbled by the love and support that has been shown to them during this difficult time.
