Tammy LaVerne Gutierrez was born on October 14th,1965 in French Camp, California to Doris Mildred Runyan and Eldon Runyan.  On March 30th, 2025 Jesus welcomed Tammy home into heaven.

Tammy was an extremely gifted manicurist and pedicurist.  Her acrylic nails were a work of art and her many clients considered themselves blessed by her expertise and her bubbly personality. Tammy began her career in 1984 at The Charm Salon in Reedley, California and finished her career at Studio VII, also in Reedley which at the time she co-owned with her good friend Jana Yeager and Colleen Rutledge.

Tammy married the love of her life, Nicholas Gutierrez on July 30th,1994.  They have been committed to one another, thru sickness and health, thru joy and sorrow for over 30 years.

As a testimony to Tammy's never give up, fearless, stubborn nature, in the midst of health limitations, she decided to celebrate her 50th birthday by skydiving!  While all of those watching clung to each other for dear life, she jumped from that plane fearlessly!

Tammy was a beautiful, vivacious, hard-working woman who was dedicated to her husband, her family and her career.  Yet most of all, she was faithfully dedicated to continuing in her faith in her Lord Jesus Christ.  Through many trials and painful health journeys, she held onto the hope that she had in her Savior.  She knew that one day, she would be welcomed into His presence where there would be no more tears, no more death or mourning or crying and no more pain for all of the former things would pass away and all things would be made new and perfect forever.

Tammy is preceded in death by her parents, her sisters JoAnn Taylor and Linda Roberts and her brother Robert Autrey.

She is survived by her husband, Nicholas Gutierrez, her sisters Brenda Moser, Shela Gerdau and Shelly Richter, her and Nick's children Megan Hogan and Nathan Hogan, 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
