Thomas Alan Brown passed away peacefully August 4, 2023, at the age of 82. He was born on August 25, 1940, to Van and Burr Brown in Reedley, California. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and brothers Doug Drew and Bernie Brown. Tom is survived by his loving wife, Dana, and his children Monica Douglas and husband Kent, Erica Carpenter, Andrea Brazil and husband Richard and his grandchildren Chan Douglas, Julian Douglas, Andie O'Hare, Carter O'Hare, Beau Brazil, and Rex Brazil.

Tom was a proud Roosevelt Rough Rider Class of 1958. He maintained friendships with many of his classmates throughout his life. Tom served two years in the United States Army before graduating from the University of Southern California. He had a 55 year career in commercial and industrial real estate. He loved the challenge of negotiating and making deals.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Tom. He loved having his home full of family, friends, and especially his grandkids. He enjoyed watching anything about World War II; he even had the opportunity to fly a WWII Bomber.  He loved spending time on the Delta with the Sea Ray Boat Club in his younger years and going on cruises to exotic locations with Dana.

During his final days, Tom received loving care at Heritage Crossing Hospice. The nurses and staff went above and beyond to show compassion to Tom and his family.
