We are sad to announce the passing of Thomas Anthony Sanchez who died in his home surrounded by family.

Tom is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ruth Sanchez, son, Thomas Anthony Sanchez II, daughter, Renee Sanchez Badillo and grandson, Dr. Thomas A. Camy.

Tom was a retired police officer and homicide detective for Fresno City. He retired for a weekend and immediately began work for the district attorneys office and retired as the Assistant Chief Investigator.

Tom enjoyed spending his retirement with family, golfing and traveling.
