Violet Marie Kantarakis Chandler was born April 17, 1941 at Clovis community Hospital and passed away at Clovis community Hospital on December 9, 2024.

Violet, always with a smile on her face, is survived by her husband of 65 years, Harlan. They had three beautiful children, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Violet during her marriage was active in the Clovis school system from the PTA president to school system committees. She delighted in attending or observing the educational accomplishments and sports activities of her family. She was a true world traveler, visiting our USA and many foreign countries.

Highlights of her travels were finding her mother's birthplace in Mexico and meeting her father's family and standing in the house of his birth in Greece.
